  • Horrible experience!!! They tell you to get here an hour early, and then make you wait for an hour doing nothing, then wait another hour to do your tour. Also, they make you pay to take any pictures $20, pay to have your phone with you $5, and a $25 airport fee (that is not written or disclosed anywhere before or during purchase). The woman at the front desk is super unfriendly, has a really negative attitude, and makes excuses for why the wait times are 2+ hours after your scheduled event. The young ladies that went before us said that they waited over three hours the day before, just to have them cancel and reschedule for the next day. Please please please, if you're on vacation-DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. They nickel and dime you.
