  • HORRIBLE! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered (and paid for) two sandwiches to go and was given one. The cashier clearly had no idea what was ordered after I corrected her. It turned out that they never made the second sandwich. I waited another 10 minutes while they made it, then watched them drop it on the ground. At that point, I asked for a refund and left with one sandwich. Absolute incompetence all around. The manager came over to process the refund and didn't say a word about the horrendous service I just encountered. DO NOT waste your time or money at this Panera location.
