  • Love the product ! However I will never ever again step foot in this location the service is absolutely disgraceful. The manager Pam is rude they have no customer service experience . This is not a cheap product people should be treated nicely when they go in . They have a young girl who's part time who's very nice but the rest of my interaction with the store was horrible the 4 times I went in! The saving grace for Soma is the wonderful phone customer service .
