  • I ordered hair extensions a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have called every Wednesday when they receive their shipment and they keep telling me that it will be here "for sure" next Wednesday. It's the 5th Wednesday and still NOTHING! I last spoke to Alex and I asked her if she can have the manager Megan give me a call and she said she would try. Worse customer service, broken promises! Do not trust this place!
