  • Eddy is straight RUDE. Needs better customer service skills. I called 3 times 3 different days. I asked what is the wait on an oil change, he said the first day cant do it. Second day I went in he said sure leave your car here and pick it up at 4pm 5 hours later. Didn't have that option. 3rd time I called on a Tuesday early in the morning and he said a 2-4 hour wait and only takes dropped off cars. I don't have that option. I need to wait. Maybe they need to be like their Broadway location and get a couch and chairs!!! Broadway was MUCH BETTER. So was the customer service!
