  • ** AVOID THIS SHOP!! ** The alleged "repair" to my iPhone screen left my phone intermittently going to a black/grey screen, which never happened on my phone before they touched it. The technician yelled, cursed and freaked out when I kept asking him to tell me what the problem *could be* with the new screen he put on 20 minutes earlier--- needless to say, he was super aggressive, extremely unprofessional and didn't have a clue about how iPhones actually function. I had to take it to another repair shop and disputed the Gadget Expert charge since they didn't fix my phone, but actually made it worse.
