  • I had a great crew on my outbound from Santa Ana, through Vegas, onto Reno. They were professional and worked hard at providing customer service. Beyond their control, the flight to Reno was delayed (due to Trump landing in Vegas, putting an air freeze on all flights in and out). The crew handled the situation and all of us stuck on the plane very well, making us as comfortable as possible and updating us with all the info they could.
