  • I walked into the store using the front door, I noticed a man at the counter helping a customer and shooting the shit. The customer turned around and looked at me and I made eye contact with the employee. I walk over to look at paint samples and the pamphlets. I hear David talking about how his boss thinks he wants to be a rep, but he doesn't want to do that work. After I have been there for a minimum of 20 minuets I walk over towards the front counter and see a young man sitting in the office playing on his phone. When he sees me he jumps up and comes out. I asked why I had not been greeted or acknowledged, they both claim to not know that I was even in their store. Funny because David had even looked at me when he was looking for something on a shelf a few minutes before. When I asked for a little customer service, he had nothing to offer. I asked to speak to their manager I was told he had left for the day. It's 3 in the afternoon and I could have walked out of the store with products that I didn't purchase and no one would have ever noticed.
