  • Agree with everyone else.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Awful customer service. Soon after moving in, we discovered our home has an AWFUL pigeon problem... I'm talking poop covering the walkway to the door and the back patio at all times. Couldn't let my son play outside for fear of him getting into poisonous pigeon droppings. They told us we would have to pay for someone to take care of the problem. Soon after moving in we discovered the cabinets in the entire house were falling off the hinges... They told us that is our responsibility to fix. They fluff up their crappy houses enough to make them look presentable, then within a couple of months once you start finding all the flaws, they blame it on you. These are just a couple of the countless problems we've had. Stay far away from this disgrace of a company.
