  • DONT NOT COME. AVOID. this is the WORST jewelry store in Toronto like some other reviewer said. i preordered a watch here, then i found out that the watch's design is changed, so i will not received the watch i preordered. Immediately I talked to stuffs in Berani and asking for a refund and cancel my order, and they had no idea about it. after a week, they finally confirmed it but still wont refund me. i have already filed a complain to Ontario Consumer protection, their behavior is totally violating part 14 of Consumer Protecting art 2002, which is misleading or false advertisement. since the watch on the booklet when i put my order is not the same one when i receive it. you should go to Yorkdale, there are larger and better shops.
