Decent salon atmosphere on the outside and in the waiting room. However, the actual styling room looks like something from the late 70s or early 80s. Outdated, run down wallpaper with very basic linoleum flooring.
I was greeted by their receptionist (who was very friendly) and seated quickly with a stylist. I was having my hair colored that day after a bad, in home experiment, FYI. I showed my stylist the color I was hoping to achieve. She began mixing and we had some small talk here and there. Nothing special.
Little things that irked me: my stylist somehow got dye in my clothes and purse, even though I was wearing a cape and my purse was a few feet away. You'd think a professional would know how to keep the dye splashing to a minimum. About halfway through the dying process, she was really rough on my hair. It tangled easy and she had a really hard time dying it.
By the time my hair was finished, it was not even close to the color we agreed on. I was so upset about it that I never said anything. The salon charged around $55 for a dye job, which I guess is pretty reasonable, but I was less than impressed with this salon.
