  • Really disappointed by the pho! I ordered the spicy beef with lemongrass. The beef seemed low quality - fatty, chewy, not appealing. There was a heavy layer of grease on top of the broth and the broth itself lacked flavor. The noodles were thicker than I have ever had in pho and seemed to have consistency that they had been in liquid for too long.
