  • I've been here for a month and so far the staff have been very friendly, efficient and accommodating. I like my apartment and it's relatively quiet. It may be worth knowing however that they are extremely cut throat if you are late on your rent. I am a very busy professional in the midst of a huge transition in my life. I was used to auto payment on my mortgage so it slipped my mind to make my first rental payment. Of course I'm an adult and it's my responsibility ultimately to make sure I pay my bills on time. I received an eviction if not paid notice at my door yesterday after my first month. They hammered me with a total of $130 in additional charges - including a $35 "legal" fee for the photocopied notice drafted by their attorneys. Good people so far and a pleasant place to live but if you move in - BE VERY SURE YOU PAY ON TIME OR YOU WILL GET NAILED AND GIVEN NO LEEWAY - NO OFFER OF WAIVING A FEE EVEN AS A NEW TENANT FOR AN OVERSIGHT.
