  • Vultures that will not respect my wishes/privacy. Let me explain. I resided in a home with my family and moved out into an apartment over a year ago. The house i moved away from went into foreclosure but is still in litigation with the courts. I did not own this home nor did it have anything to do with my name other than stay in a bedroom. A few months ago I started getting multiple calls from real estate agents asking me about listing my home. I have no idea what they are talking about. Somehow all these companies got my phone number and information regarding the house I was previously just residing in and hound me about getting the listing on this home. I have NOTHING to do with the house at all legally. To be fair it was multiple real estate companies calling in the beginning but they all stopped when I told them to not call me anymore and phone harassment charges would be filed against them if they continued to do so. All but this one. I sill get calls 1-2 times a day. If I answer I tell them the same thing every time and to not contact me anymore. They assure me I will be placed on their do not call list. A week later they call me again. It's like a telemarketer that doesn't take no for an answer but they are calling me in regards to a home that has nothing to do with me at all. From this point on I'm going to make it a point to make their lives hell when they call me.
