The staff was nice. Dr was professional, but he seemed offended when I asked if he could prescribe me something mild for pain I've been having for the past year with my back/neck. Not to mention my collar bone is broken. He acted like I was a junkie looking for a fix when that's not the case since I don't take medication often at all. Not even for a cold. That wasn't my main issue though. I don't care about the meds. I give them 1 star due to the girl that sets the appointments. First of all, it took me WEEKS to get through to even schedule an appointment. After leaving about 10+ messages and emails a girl called to set an appointment. I gave her my insurance info, and to my understanding they accepted it. Mainly, because when Dr's don't accept your insurance they tell you right then and there on the phone so you don't waste your time going down there. No, they set my appointment and waited until after I was seen to let me know they don't accept it and wanted a cash payment of $150. I have Medicaid, so anyone who has that knows there's no way I could afford to pay out of pocket. Totally unacceptable. I'm extremely upset with these ppl. What do you want to bet they're going to send me a bill in the mail for about $500? Good luck getting that money, cause I'm not paying that shit. It was not my fault they decided to see someone they knew had no money to pay. Its not like they don't know about patients with state health care. From the other reviews I've read they do this alot. Watch yourself going here. Ask lots of questions if you decide to risk it.
