  • I don't think I've ever written a Yelp review before but I just had to share my awesome experience with Elite. Called this morning and a very nice woman helped me set up an appointment for a tech to look at my refrigerator this afternoon. She explained everything thoroughly and even volunteered that is receive a discount because I mentioned I'd found them on Yelp. The repair tech called 30 minutes prior to his arrival, which was well within the time frame I'd been told. The tech arrived, was very nice, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay on the compressor. He quoted me the discounted Yelp price and then fixed it. It turned out however that the problem was actually a more expensive part, the main control board. He proceeded to fix that also and did not charge me anything additional even though it was a more expensive repair because he has already quoted me the lower priced repair! I have not had this experience with other repair places (they normally revise the quote midway through....). The whole experience was so easy, I just couldn't be happier!! Thank you so much!!!!
