  • I was initially hesitant to go with a discount broker, but after meeting Ehren I realized I had nothing to lose and a lot to gain. When you're talking about a house valued at several hundred thousand dollars, a 4% broker makes a lot of sense compared to a 6% broker, especially if you get the same fantastic service. That is exactly what happened with Resolution Realty. Ehren's associate, Ann Drometer, was a delight to work with. The entire process was efficient, professional, and easy. I recommend Ehren and his group without any hesitation.
