  • Scott there is no again, you apologize, you NEVER APOLOGIZED before. As for two parcel shipments you had to that to ONLY TRY TO FIX PART OF YOUR MISTAKE! You never paid me for the Gold you melted down that you were not suppose to do. How is that trying to fix things? Sending a cracked Diamond and wrong sized Diamonds back is NOT miscommunication. You and Jill being defensive and rude about all this is not trying to fix things. You both should of handled it differently, like with complete understanding for my concerns and kindness. How does a jeweler misplace a Diamond that was from my Grandma, it was very special and now you guys took that away from me. You both acted like NO BIG deal. You both did not listen to my wishes about my jeweler of what to do with it. I noticed how you didn't even mention detail about my complaint because you know you did wrong. You messed up and did not take responsibility, I feel you still owe me the money and some kind of I'm sorry I messed up gift. But I will never see that!
