  • This is a horrific place to send your college kid to. Our son had a roommate that hung a confederate flag in the middle of the common area and after talking to the staff nothing was done. We chose to move our son out of the apartment and their only concern wasn't for the poor management of their tenants or the racist behaviors that were tolerated but instead with making sure that we understood the terms of our lease and how much we owed them. STAY AWAY!
