  • The concept is cool. The customer service is uber friendly. The product is just okay and pricey. Ive gone twice, both late afternoon, and didnt have to wait in line but I could see how a line could easily form. The chocolate base was better than the vanilla. This place is more about the experience than the product. While the product is far from "bad" it is not mind blowing at all. At a $7.49 (w/ tax) price point I wont be coming back very often.
