If a corporation puts you up in an apartment, then stay. They do give you a nice place. But don't walk, RUN, and find another place before the corporation stops paying. There are plenty of other newer, nicer apartments in Montreal. No one told me that Metro delivers groceries, so I stayed for one year to be close to the Metro. But because it's above a grocery store, there's a lot of bugs. Everything is old and out-dated, even the carpet smells. And the people are noisy. It's really meant for the college student, not the corporate executive.
