  • This review is late in coming. But I definitely want to give my review. I ordered mobile screen repair & was charged extra for gas/mileage. I opted for the cheaper non Apple screen. I have had screens replaced in the past so I have had experience with non Apple screen products. The screen would not respond to my touch. After days of calling & texting, finally got the kid to respond by saying to drive the phone to their location. They gave me a faulty product. He finally agreed to drive to my location to replace the defective product & charged me for mileage!!!!!! Terrible customer service. No apologies for lack of response or leaving me with a defective product. And their prices are outrageous.
