  • It's a SCAM! Do not purchase your next visit in advance!! I would give them 0 stars if possible and now that I see the other posts here I really wish I would have checked yelp before we bought our package. We go to a tournament in Downtown Las Vegas ever year for memorial day. This year we were approached by two people wearing DIamond Resort name badges who were working inside of the Golden Nugget. They asked if we were with the group that was staying there for the tournament and asked if we were coming back next year. We said yes and they told us that we could purchase a 4 night and 3 day package that would allow us to book at the Golden Nugget next year for $160 or something like that. We received food voucher for our current stay and were told if we booked our rooms in the next 90 days for the trip in 2016, we would also get either another night free or a $100 visa gift card. I've called multiple times and keep getting told the inventory is not yet available and to call back in a month. After reading the reviews here, I suspect the inventory will not be available at all and that were got taken. I called today and spoke with a women who continuously repeated that they weren't available now, and that the terms and conditions specified that these are non-refundable. I explained that employees of Diamond Resort sold us something explicitly stating we'd be able to book there for the weekend of our tournament in 2106 and that it's extremely unethical to sell us something that isn't even an option then tell us it's non refundable and that it said so in the terms and agreement we signed. I will be contacting any and everyone I can about this as I know of other tournament attendees that also purchased this package. We were targeted and now we've all paid and none of us are getting what we were sold. Never do business with Diamond Resorts.
