  • I was looking to upgrade my Chevy Colorado and found a truck online at Victory which met my needs. After a little back and forth with their online salesperson, I setup an appointment with Richard Kolbe to assess my trade-in value and test drive the new truck. Richard was professional and knowledgeable with the right dose of laid back. We were able to come to an agreement on the numbers for both the trade-in and the new truck, the finance person was pleasant and not pushy at all, and I drove away the same day in my new truck. It was an all around positive experience after dealing with so many dealerships who act disingenuously nice until they act like they are trying to defeat you in battle.
