  • I have never before written a Yelp review, or any negative review, but felt it necessary. Called for weeks to simply make an appointment, as I was given a referral here from my general doctor. Gave my name and number multiple times and was told they would call me back, which they never did. Called once more today as a last shot, immediately interrupted when I tried to speak and put on hold for some time. Hung up and called again a few minutes later, calmly expressed my frustrations (was still constantly interrupted with every word) and was finally able to make an appointment. I told her I really appreciate it and thanked her. The woman, I quote, in a nasty tone, told me "We usually don't do this during the day so you should be thankful". It took everything inside me not to hang up. The only reason I didn't was because I've been trying to get an appointment this long already. I should be thankful!? Come on. Complete lack of customer service or even general decency. Terrible first impression and I hope my actual appointment isn't of the same caliber, but I'm not hopeful.
