  • I live in the SF bay area and wanted to add security screen door. i looked on the web and found first impressions security doors with an SF phone number. So I called and got routed to Gilbert, AZ. I was quoted a few prices and I was interested in getting a detailed quote. Tracy said he would email me and I could send him a picture of my front door. That was on July 5. I waited over a week for the email and no response. I called their office today, July 13, and no one from the national sales team was working. Well I guess they don't need my business. I've given them 2 chances to win my business but I guess they don't want my order. I'll go with another business that provides better sales support.
