  • My boss goes here all the time, I've been twice, both bad experiences. The first time they missed a lot but I did say I was in a hurry. The second time was yesterday (4/1), I had just purchased a new car in Texas and just rolled back into town and wanted to get the car washed and all the bug guts off. I specifically told the guy who writes the orders (and tries to upsell you), that I just purchased the car yesterday, the interior was fine, do not go into the car...but when I walked away, I saw them IN my car. I told him I was mainly concerned about getting the bug guts off the car, and asked him if there was a special solution they used and he said yes and not to worry, they'all get them all. So when my car came out I waited a few minutes,then went over to check out my 2day old car, not only was therestill bug guts in the grill, headlight crevices there are 2 new dings on the car! I made the guy clean off ALL the bug guts and every other spec of dirt I saw. When I got home to show off my new $50k car, my neighbor pointed out all this black stuff on my special order Ivory colored paint!! I WILL NEVER GO TO RHIS PLACE AGAIN, NEVER and if you are smart, you won't either.
