rev:text	We dined at the Mission on Saturday night; our server was A** and what a great experience; amazing; she was text book without being mechanical; she was intelleligent without being stuffy; she was gracious without being fake. Aknew the menu so well that we really didn't need the menu; she provided all great recommendations, and was where she needed to be when she needed to be there, but was by no means intrusive; A owned her station and made it a point to be at the table upon food delivery to introduce each entree. The food, albeit, not necessarily common mexican food, perhaps more southwestern, was very good and memorable: the pork shoulder was tender and well-flavored and filling, same with the salmon; the guacamole was tasty with great texture; and all the food was also presented welll. As I have stated in previous reviews, I will not write a negative review; negative just creates more negative, just not my thing; if a business is not managing what it needs to be managed, what is expected to happen, will happen and that is an unfortunate event but again not my thing. When it comes to the positive, however, I am all over it; positive can only lead to more postive. A** was a professional and provided a memorable and amazing level of service. She killed it. I also thought the Maitre D' projected well and kept the room turning; he even stopped by the table to check on us. The room had a certain energy and there was a great amount of teamwork throughout the experience; no one was standing around yet nothing seemed hectic or out of control or rushed. In Scottsdale, check this place out, have a cocktail, be positive; have fun.
