Went there for New Year Eve with a bunch of friends to rock in the new year. We had a table by the door. Everything was great until 5 minutes before midnight and one of the bouncers "Dave" started clearing drink cups off tables. I had literally an inch left in my cup to toast in the new year and I turned around for a minute and the next thing I know my drink was gone. I asked Dave where my drink was and he said it was empty so he took it. I disagreed with him for a bit and honestly if he would have just said sorry I made a mistake I would have excepted that but he had to deny it and the icing on the cake was his little punk a$$ pulled the "bouncer" card and said he could kick me out. I might have been drinking but i was not intoxicated, proof being i remembered his name. I asked to speak with the manager next thing I know they cut me off. Not that I wanted any more to drink since the damage had been done. The clock struck 12 already. Thanks "Dave" for ruining my night over something as simple as to admit you were wrong. This may seem petty but I am a firm believer in honesty and integrity. Shame on you "Dave". And no I never spoke to a manager. Not even the bartender girl would help. I rate this place one because they need better employees with customer service skills.
