  • The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, Marc J. Berkowitz was definitely not the friendliest. I was very disappointed with his demeanor and compassion for a person concerns. I was looking forward to my appointment with Marc since he had such good ratings on Health Grades. I would expect a cardiologist to be compassionate; they are examining a major organ. If you are looking for a friendly and compassionate doctor who will not make you feel dumb, try another doctor at Tri-city. I would not recommend Dr. Berkowitz.
