  • Decided I wanted something from Ikea and didn't want to wait until they open next summer AND it was 3 large heavy boxes so I didn't want to ask my friend to pick it up on her drive over here... Their fee is cheaper than a tank of gas for me driving out there, so why not!?! Carrie was super responsive via my email inquiry and she send me revised invoices after I changed my mind 3 times. Great customer service in my book!! I forget his name but delivery was on point. He called with an ETA of 8pm, called and said he was headed my way and would be there in 10 minutes - and whoa, 10 minutes he was here at 7:40pm!! Can't say that that has ever happened before!! I would definitely recommend their services if you need anything before summer 2016 when we get our own!!
