  • I would give it no stars if I could!!! Found them on groupon and called to check availability because their website wasn't up to date. Seemed easy enough, they sent an invoice at the groupon rate from pay pal for me. Paid then heard nothing. So I called and asked for a confirmation email and they were less then helpful. They insisted I already received my confirmation so I asked for another one and never received it. It took 3 more phone calls to not so pleasant employees to finally find out they never had my email address. Odd considering they emailed me the paypal invoice! So I finally received an instructional email for the club tour but since we signed up for the pool tour....so I had to call back...again! I was told the pool email was "basically the same" and that I would have to call in the day prior to confirm our start location and time, and that I didn't get that email originally because they forgot to put down what tour I wanted. It didn't seem organized at all and the fact that it felt like I was pulling teeth to get anything made me start to wonder if it was a scam. And then we got to Vegas.... I received an email the day before saying we would start at Aria at 1130. So we planned our day around that so we could get brunch right there and meet up with the rest of our party at aria before we went to the pool. As we're headed to brunch I get a text message that we're meeting at 1100 at Caesars Palace and then going to the Palms where they would drop us off and we have to find our own way back to the strip. So we had to completely rush brunch and hurry to get all the way to Caesars pool. We got there and didn't see anything for the tour so we asked around, no one had seen them or knew of there being a tour that day. So I texted the number I was given, then called it. Nothing. So I called the main number and was told we were supposed to be at aria. At this point it was 1120. They told us to just meet up with the group at aria, obviously we would've made it just in time to leave. I asked if they would discount it for us since we were sent to the wrong place and was told no. Then they offered "maybe we can try to get the bus to pick you guys up?" It didn't really seem worth it unless they also would give our party of 7 a ride back from the palms. They said no. So I asked for my money back. I told her this seemed like a scam. I was hung up on. So I called back. Finally got them to send the money although through paypal so I'm still waiting to receive it 3 days later. As we were leaving we were told by a pool employee that this company didn't have the best reputation. We asked around elsewhere and were told the same thing. I guess there's a few other tour companies that are more reputable. I still think vegas rockstar is a scam so avoid it unless you want to deal with disgruntled employees and get the runaround!!!
