This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! This place DOESN'T even deserve 1 star, but I have to give it, in order to review them. I just sent my grandmother there to get her nails done. She has been at the hospital (where I work) literally living by my grandpa's side (who is very critically ill) for weeks. She doesn't live in this area & neither do I. This place was referred by one of my coworkers, bc it's close to the hospital.
Since returning back to the hospital, she was VERY UPSET. They do take walk-ins (per their Yelp page) but we made her an appointment, to be sure she wasn't waiting long. She's an 86y/o who is a very sweet/kind/proper lady.
She said a female, who she thought was the owner, did her nails and was very mean & rough with her her. She wanted her nails shorter & they didn't do what she wanted & the lady said (aggressively) "you need to tell me to do that before I start". So she didn't say anything more about it & they DIDNT shorten her nails. Then she had picked out a pink nail color, that once applied was a bit too bright of a pink for her. She asked to change the color or for them to put a lighter color on top to dull it. They REFUSED!!!!!! Yes ,THEY REFUSED to change her color. She just paid & still TIPPED her & left. Unhappy with the service she received but she would never complain to a stranger because that's how she was raised. So on her way back she stopped at Walgreens & purchased a different nail color & I repainted her nails. Thank you HOLLY (who IS THE OWNER) for being horrible to my 86y/o grandmother. I will never have her rerun there & I will never refer anyone I know in the area.
You DONT DESERVE CUSTOMERS when you treat them poorly.
Funny thing is, my grandmother said "she must of had a bad night. I would never treat anyone like she treated me" (with a smile)
