  • I've been a loyal customer since 2007. I love these guys. In my old house, we had to replace an aging AC unit. I got several estimates, and theirs was the most reasonable and they were even going to replace with a top-notch brand. I've used them for all semi-annual services since, and they've always been responsive and on-time. I've mostly worked with Dave, but have seen Miguel and another of their techs as well. All are great and easy to work with. Most importantly, they are honest and do great work. Recently, in our new house, we had some damage to our unit from a bad summer storm. Our insurer was only going to give us a small amount for repairs. Dave went out of his way to help me gather the needed information so that I could submit for a larger claim, which I ultimately put towards a new unit. It was really above and beyond for any other provider - but just standard operating procedure for someone who cares for his customers. I am grateful to have an AC company I can count on and recommend, especially in Phoenix!
