  • Made reservation for 9:30, was sat at 10:12. Not sure what point our reservation served. As a frequent and loyal customer of Sullivan's, I've never experienced such a long wait time with a reservation. We were told numerous of times that our table was being cleaned off only to witness people come in after us to be seated before us. This did not leave a great taste in my mouth at all. It'll be a long time before I step foot back into this establishment. Our waiter was not attentive, he took our order and then brought our salad. The next we saw him was when we finished our meal. We had to look for him in order to ask for the check. This was definitely not the service that I am used to receiving. This delayed our entire evening and we were late to our next event.
