  • We had a new whisper flow variable speed pump installed on the 5th. Three days after it was installed I called and talked to someone and told him the pump was squeaky on startup on the low speed. He said would have the shop owner call. Two days later no call. I called last Friday and talked to owner who said would try to be out on Monday but it may be Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and I hadn't heard from him. Called again and got vm at around 1 pm. Finally got a call back at 5:30 when they were closing. Said would not be coming out at all. Said Pentair would be calling me. Had I not been calling who knows if we would have heard from them. We try to support small businesses but will never go back here and we have used them in the past.
