  • This is probably the worst moving company. We had a time slot for 12pm-4pm. They showed up at 5:15, 1:15mins late, after the office called me at 3:15 saying they were on their way and letting me know they were close by (maybe 8-12 miles away). They showed up in an unidentifiable truck which had all the equipment everywhere in the back. Plus they looked like they had been drinking. I called the office before they showed up asking for a discount since they were so late and the lady told me the foreman would take care of it. I talk to the foremen when he arrived and said he had not authority to change the rates. On top of all that, they wanted a 3% charge for using a credit card additional to the deposit. All in all I would not recommend. I am still waiting for the manager/owner to get back to me.
