We stayed at the cambria hotel while attending a conference at the embassy suites so save some money. We now know why the price of this hotel was much cheaper than others in the area.
For starters - there lobby diner has great food. Everything we had we loved. The service stunk though!! We had one good server, the rest , just like the rest of the staff at this hotel, did not want to be there. Service was slow and at times the server was rude.
The worst part about our stay - room service . They would stand around waiting for you to enter or leave your room to see if they needed to service your room and made sure to keep asking.
Also, I stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 nights, never once were the sheets changed. The signs say every 3 days - BULL! We even extended our stay a day because we needed to stay an additional night for the conference, the room service people did not know we were the same people in the room and still did not change the sheets. Makes me wonder if they do between guests.
Overall,
Service sucked, food was good, facilities were okay.
