  • ***PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE**** everything about this place is BAD. i am now 10 weeks and 5 days pregnant and i`ve had a horrible experience and am switching doctors. it took them one month to get Prenatal vitamins prescribed. ive called with several issues and they never call back in a timely manner. I had spotting and they refused to use a doppler machine on me to give me an ease of mind. i had to complain in order for them to do an ultrasound to make sure my baby was okay. then to put the icing on the cake i requested the medical records for my new provider and they said i never signed an auth to the new provider. then when i called the girl in medical records Damaris said she never said that and i had to make her put me on hold to call the chandler location to get the auth. then she said she would get them out right away which was yesterday and the new provider never received anything. I called and she said she sent them (COMPLETE BULLSHIT) i asked her to send them to me and she denied me my own records. I told her to send a new auth so i provide my fax to get them sent to me and finally after putting me on hold for 5 minutes she came back and took my fax. now lets see if i actually get the auth and my medical records before my appt this afternoon with my new doctor ..
