My mother and brother both see Dr. Glynn, which she speaks very highly of, so it's unfortunate that I am having to leave a bad review on what seems like a great dentist. I wasn't satisfied with the front desk when I attempted to schedule my appointment. I called and her (didn't catch her name) and stated that I would be a new patient, she suggested I come in for a full exam since I am a new patient. I told her that would be fine, and then asked her if they would be verifying my insurance prior to my appointment, to ensure my services would be covered. She replied, "no we do not, we have new patients call themselves." I was extremely disappointed. This would be unacceptable at the doctor's office I work at. We make sure to give equal treatment to all patients whether they are new or established. It is unfortunate that I did not get to see Dr. Glynn for my exams.
