The BIG down side to this hotel is 40% of the rooms are directly in front of the elevators (just due to design and small space of the building). I was also quite irritated because their when I checked in I noticed a sign that said their was construction to the parking garage and "sorry in advance for the inconvenience." That should have been posted on the website. I'm sensitive to noise and would not have booked this hotel if I knew there would be construction. Not to mention, this hotel is close to the hood and I wouldn't walk around it at night. It's also fairly far away from everything but St. Lawrence market. Also, the breakfast area is like a boiler room. It's so hot it's uncomfortable to sit in. The rooms are dark and dated, and the pillows are VERY high - my neck was sore after one night. Overall this place is just kinda gross. Won't be back here again.
