  • I think the machines here really good I've been here a long time ago and I recently came back. I wanted to try a step class because I used to do step for years. The class wasn't very fun it was more confusing but I don't think it's just me Other people are standing around looking around. The machines have everything you need whether male or female. This location seems a lot older than the other locations. A lot of older people were there working out and in the class. Nothing wrong with that but I thought I was the older one at Trop or Maryland pkwy. and I'm only 45.
