  • I have purchased two VWs (and one Subaru) from this dealership in the past 9 years. The sales team has always been friendly and very helpful. The cars have been good to me but the only thing I hate about VW anymore is their service, they seem to be incompetent and will not listen to what you actually need. I brought my car in for a "regular" oil change and the girl gives me the most expensive oil they have without asking for the "upgrade", that's double the price! (and yea my old Jetta does not require synthetic oil). If your car is having issues (mainly under warranty) they will not fix anything unless the computer diagnoses it......whatever happened to experienced mechanics??!! I know when my car is not acting as it should, why don't you?! I have brought my cars in before to have something fixed under warranty, leave it there for a few days and when I get it back....surprise! Problem is still there! It's too bad the VW service is this way, I read VW forums and this seems to be the biggest complaint everywhere! Again, I highly recommend the sales service here, it is rare to have good car sales people who actually care and listen to what you need and don't hound you or harass you over the phone. I just hope VW listens to customer complaints and does something to improve the quality of the service-side of the dealerships.
