  • Staff working there are helpful, however from lining up and experiencing myself. The staff working at the desk are rude and they give attitude. They probably treat their dogs with more politeness than people actually paying $100+ to get their passport done. I am sad to confirm that the stereotype of rude Government employee is on point with the employees working in this facility.
