  • My partner and I went to the Four Seasons to celebrate our anniversary in the summer. This was our first spa experience together and overall, it was great. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the front desk staff who were informative and thorough. We each received a quick tour and overview of the spa. The change room and lounge area (inside the change room) were spectacular. The change room has everything you need, including a few stations with makeup remover, razors, shaving cream etc. and even a swimsuit dryer. The lounge area is cozy and clean and there's tea and biscuits. The amenities, such as the pool, hot tub (both shared with the hotel guests) and the steam room (which is inside the change room area) were nice. We had a couples massage and it was great. The RMTs were very professional and the environment was very relaxing. I liked that the RMTs asked your preference for the oil scents.
