  • Brutal!! They had a sign out front advertising the iPhone 5 for $149. I saw that and walked right in, With about 4 minutes I walked right out and gladly paid the $199 Verizon was advertising. The sales girl was as dishonest as could be, informing me that I had to have multiple add-ons and had to pay tax on the full retail price of the phone. The purchase price would have been nearly $300 after all was said and done, Verizon had me out the door for $224. With all the bad press Best Buy has received of late about being nearly out of business mainly due to their poor customer service you would think they would frown on this type of behavior by their associates, but I guess not. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
