  • I've heard great things about Monki so I went in with high expectations. We waited in line virtually using the NoWait app so luckily we didn't have to wait for our table at all. Service: 2.5/5. The server we had seemed 100% done with her job and it was only 10 am. I was trying to decide between the French toast and another sweet waffle dish and when I asked for her suggestion, she just said "well, do you like sweet stuff? They're both good"... lol not helpful???? Food- 4/5. I got the French toast which was delicious! My friend's got the eggs benny and said it was great as well. Coffee was cold, even the refills. Overall, I'll probably give Monki another try because the food was good and I liked the overall vibe of the restaurant. Hopefully the service was just an off day and not the norm.
