  • My wife has been going to Dr. McHale the last couple of years. After having seen here a few times, she's your slightly above average OGBYN. Gets the job done, and good about dealing with refills or changes between generic/brand name, but nothing outright special. Consistent. The staff is good - again nothing super wow - and friendly for the most part. But the wait... old office was HORRIBLE, new office is definitely better, but still a 40 minute wait (not including the wait in the exam room) even when she had the first appointment in the morning. So that's annoying to say the least. AND 1 of 5 phone calls will be answered within 2 minutes - otherwise expect to wait a good 15 minutes before someone answers. That's our biggest gripe with this office - the waiting, waiting, waiting.
