  • Hands down the best AYCE sushi place in the Summerlin area.... if not Vegas. I have come here at least 15 times, and never once have I had a bad experience. It's a small sushi spot, so expect a wait if you ever come for the weekend prime times. If you can hold out, FUN TIP, they are open until 3AM. I recommend the Big B Roll, it's a sushi roll with the best beef on top, and it's only one per person so make everyone else order one of their own- don't share!!! It's way to good. Highly recommend any of their spicy rolls for those who need a kick, super delicious and will crave that spicy fill. I love the Kimmy Roll! Their tuna, and salmon nigiri is soooo fresh. Absolutely love! Back to spicy... I love the spicy tuna hand roll! It's actually spicy tuna and not the silly fillers like cucumbers and too much rice. If you're a drinker their house hot sake is perfect in between rolls. I love it when it's super hot. It's one of the better hot sakes where it doesn't have that bitter after taste. Needless to say I love this place and all the people that make it special. :)
