  • I got my eyebrows done with Audrey 2 days ago and I absolutely loved it. I had initially scheduled my microblading with Neena Jay at Ivy Laser but when I had my consultation with her she was completely unpleasant. She constantly seemed annoyed and was in a rush to get me out during my consultation. Due to this experience I decided to look elsewhere and Audrey was so great and friendly. Personally I believe customer service goes a long way and I couldn't be happier. She could tell I was nervous but told me there was nothing to worry about. As far as the pain goes I would describe it as a similar sensation as eyebrow threading. It's a little uncomfortable but nothing unbearable. Would highly recommend her! 10/10
